The Sanford-Springvale YMCA is Southern Maine's best facility for gym membership, fitness, swim, community programs, health and wellness, youth programs, childcare, adult senior programs and many other non-profit programs, all under one roof. The Sanford Y exists for the benefit of local communities, offering scholarships, classes and many special events focusing on healthy living and wellness. Sanford Y has an extensive gym, including free weights and a large variety of aerobic machines.
