About Salt Power Yoga

We love a simple, powerful flow, set to a rhythm of breath that pushes you to whatever limit you need today. Most of our classes are sweaty, though we are happy in warm flow and yin, as well. Salt Power Yoga is a space founded on the concepts of kula (community) and seva (service), celebrated with the physical practice of power vinyasa flow.
