Ricks Gym has been part of the Bedford area for almost 25 years keeping people fit and healthy. Opened in 1989, Rick wanted a place where people could come and have an “old School” workout. Being a long time competitor in weight lifting, Rick does know a thing or two about body building and strength training; he has been at it for 40 years!
